fritta" (fried savoury dough) in the company of a selection of seasonal dishes:
"tortelli d'erbetta" (pasta parcels filled with ricotta cheese and leaf beet),
risottos, fresh homemade pastas; some main course dishes including "la vecchia"
(stew of peppers and onions) with horsemeat and stuffed breast.
