An ancient Parmesan Trattoria, whose culinary proposals follow a long and close
tradition of Parmesan recipes that can be accompanied perfectly by a more frivolous
but equally tasty dish: TORTAFRITTA (fried savoury dough). The above-mentioned
dish is typical of Parmesan cuisine and was specially developed for the savouring
