The restaurant came into being in 1780 thanks to the 'siora Cleofe'. History
then crossed paths with the Bergonzi family. The typical tastes of the flatlands,
the great river and of the hill sides mingle with the recipes from the times of
the Farnesi and what we have on offer evokes the era of Maria Lugia. The trattoria
is one of the twelve producers of 'Zibello Culatello'. Our cellar, overseen by
Marco Pizzigoni mixes the tradition of the past with that of the present.
