This rustic, inviting restaurant is in the heart of the old town centre behind
City Hall in a pedestrian area. It offers typical Parma dishes as well as a number
of specialities such as "maltagliati" homemade pasta with speck and spinach, Bourguignon-style
snails and pear and chocolate cake. Evenings cured meats and torta fritta (dough
fritters) are featured. Good selection of local and Italian wines. |
