The owner Gogliardo Ramelli called “Colombo” gave the name to that restaurant.
It is near the Po river, in a little village called Santa Franca di Polesine.
This restaurant is known thanks to its home-made food. The atmosphere is welcoming
and comfortable and it is the right place if you want to taste the specialties
of Parma.
Since 30 years Ms Patrizia, owner’s daughter, takes care of the top-grade ingredients,
according to the ancient tradition. The best dishes are assorted meat cold-cuts,
for example famous “Culatello” (cured pork loin), and Parma Ham.
