This tavern is in Diolo di Sorgna quiet close to the church tower that guests
“Giovanni Guareschi's” museum. The restaurant is placed in the countryside, with
comfortable rooms which could contain up to 70 people and a porch that in summer
could contain 70 people too.
We prepare tipical parmesan's specialties like home-made assorted meat cold-cuts
for example “Culatello”(cured pork loin) from Zibello D.o.p., San Secondo cooked
shoulder, salami, “Coppa” (cured pork), “Pancetta” (natural bacon), Parma ham.
We have a cellar with a big range of wine and a selection of home-made wine.
