Masticabrodo Restaurant lies in the countryside, few kilometers far from the
city and close to Torrechiara Castle. Ida and Francesco make the guests feel at
home, which choose this restaurant for the attention to details and for the nearly
maniacal passion for the raw material. It is possible to reserve the little room
upstairs (10/15 people) for work brunches or for a friendly dinner. When the weather
is fine, there is the chance to have dinner outside in the beautiful garden.
A simple cuisine that follows the seasons and use only the best raw materials
as Parmigiano Reggiano, Parma Ham, Felino Salame, Pancetta of Piacenza aged to
perfection. Anolini and tortelli (home made filled pasta) are Francesco’s point
of eccellence: thins, tender and made at the moment.
