On a particularly pleasant although winding road, in an atmosphere almost enveloped
by silence and enchanting peacefulness is the trattoria "Solari" ....synonymous
with Mushrooms and Wild Boar. Our home-made pasta (tagliatelle and tortelloni)
made with the maximum care and attention is served on large platters from which
guests are invited to serve themselves. The main courses of stewed and braised
wild boar are not to be missed.
There is, of course, an appetizing variety of dishes for those who are not mushroom
lovers. |
