Still in Fontanelle but on the other side of the road, in their own house, Ivan
and Barbara have moved. The new restaurant offers a few reserved rooms and a new
veranda, looking out over a small Italian garden in the middle of the countryside.
The passion and loyalty to the dishes of the territory have remained: tosone (fresh
Parmesan cheese crust) fried in bacon, long-matured sliced pork meats, dandelion
and honey tortelli, mariola (shaped stuffed pork meat) with fruit pickles, zabaglione...
an excellent wine list, with a vast selection of champagne, from different vintages
and a range of italian and foreign wines. The Osteria also offers lodging facilities,
with four welcoming rooms with comfortable facilities and services, to offer a
relaxing stay in a pleasant family atmosphere. |
