Parma is a city rich in art, culture and history. History began with the Romans in 183 a.c. and the city was made famous in Europe by the Farnese and Borbone dynasties and by the government of the duchess Maria Luigia of Austria. Today it is famous for its long eno-gastronomical tradition which has no equal. Parma is undisputably a unique city. There are numerous things to visit and excursions to make and our staff will be happy to make suggestions of things to do in your freetime.
