The newly refurbished restaurant, La Pilotta, is a sophisticated venue to sample our local culinary delights or excellent nouvelle cuisine, accompanied by top quality wines in elegant surroundings that are suitable for both private meetings
or a conference in one of our discreet rooms of different sizes. The Chef, Luigi
Bianchi, serves up a variety of local, national or international dishes, specializing also in excellent fresh fish dishes. Cooking classes can be arranged for small groups upon request. La Pilotta is open from Monday evening to Saturday.
