Address: Via Cornaccina, 53/A 43014- MEDESANO - Parma Hotel Ayri is situated about 20 kilometres from Parma and its old centre, half way between the motorway exits Parma Ovest and Fornovo, and 10 minutes from the Parma Trade Fair, airport and close to the thermal station of Sant'Andrea Bagni. You can exit the A15 Parma-La Spezia motorway at Fornovo or Parma Ovest in direction Medesano.

The Mouthwatering Museum is a salami museum located in the kitchens and pantries of Felino castle, that explains the different phases of preparation, milling, salting, and spice doses. There is also the unmissable salami tasting accompanied by wine and the possibility to purchase a well aged perfumed momento. And don't forget a visit to a "castle" in Soragna to try some parmesan cheese and Langhirano to try some delicious raw ham. 

CURIOSITY  

Did you know that there are rare and protected species of orchids and fleur de lis in the Fluviale del Taro Park and that the park is the ideal home of the grey heron? A visit to the parks of Taro, Ceno and Boschi di Carega is a must when visiting this area and during summer we highly recommend taking part in the “notti di luna piena” (full moon nights) to explore the stars in a really unique context!
