This is a typical family
run business where the cuisine, the dining room and the hotel
are all supervised personally by the owners Silvia and Simone, Mery and Andrea.
They all have
a passion for wholesome, traditional cuisine
prepared fresh on the premises, using only local produce (tortelli, cappelletti
alla parmigiana, chicche, wild boar...) pizza
baked in the wood burning oven
and to order in advance you can enjoy a Fiorentina
di Chianina
steak directly from Tuscany, also Fresh Fish and Paella
alla Catalana.
The restaurant
dining room can accommodate up to 100 guests
, while outside there is an attractive veranda, ideal for groups and every festive
occasion. The Centrale da Silvia
is also a pleasant hotel for a short stop-over or a longer relaxing vacation
.
For special occasions we offer menus adapted to the event.
