Harmony, luminosity and elegance characterise these Parma residences. 2 ground-floor suites furnished in a classical style are available in period residences in Parma's historical centre. A suite is also available on the 3rd and penultimate floor (with lift) of a charming, recently renovated residential complex, located near the Ospedale Maggiore  (Main Hospital) (c. 300 m). Each suite is equipped with a kitchen and cooking area, fridge, electric oven, TV, central heating, video entry phone, and bathroom with shower.

Suite Matilde e Suite Verdi

These suites are painted in soft colours made from natural earths and pigments. Precious brocade fabrics have been used for the curtains and bedrooms.  Luxurious hand-embroidered voiles adorn the living rooms. These historical dwellings are just a five minute walk from the city's main square, Piazza Garibaldi,  and offer all comforts. Both the suites have a double bed and the Matilde suite can also host a single bed in the mezzanine fitted out as a study. Their position on the ground floor make them both suitable for the handicapped.

Suite Parco Segreto

This suite is characterised by extremely functional, modern furnishings, divided into three living areas, the first for the kitchen and living room, the second for the bedroom with double bed and the third for the bathroom with shower cabin. The kitchen and living room area opens onto  a small terrace.  A third bed is not available in this suite. Guests have full access to the park and swimming pool located within the structure.
