La paltina takes food and wine tasting to a whole new level by bringing together

by two of the best slices of Culatello or Prosciutto, Warm Spalla Cotta or with
any other typical “masterpiece” included in the Gastronomic Traditions of the
Parma Province. We also have spacious dining areas and outdoor patios at your
disposal for the greatest enjoyment and comfort possible in tasting our fine products.
For lunch and dinner we offer numerous selections to our already ample local
menu, combined with the most well known wines and champagnes, while also proposing
delicious plates of the day.
