HOW TO GET THERE

By Train
Parma's station can be reached easily from the south, via Rome - Florence - Bologna or Genoa - La Spezia, from the northwest, via Venice - Bologna, or Brennero - Verona - Bologna, and from the northeast, via Turin - Milan.
By Air
Parma is about 160 km from the Malpensa 2000 International Airport, which is connected to the Parma Airport by a regular shuttle service. By Car
The "Parma" exit is on the A1 Milan - Naples motorway, which connects traffic from France, via Turin, and from Switzerland, via Chiasso - Como, with Campania, Calabria and Sicily. Travellers from the Adriatic regions, reach Bologna on the A14, via Bari - Pescara - Ancona - Rimini, while those coming from the Autobrennero, via Verona, take the A1 to Modena. Those coming from the A15 Parma - La Spezia, from either the Ventimiglia • Genoa or the Leghorn direction, can leave at the "Parma Ovest" exit, situated on the A15, or continue along the A1 and leave at the "Parma" exit.
